🗓️ DETAILED ITINERARY

DAY 01: CAN THO - CU LAO DUNG (DINNER)

The bus picks up the group in the center of Can Tho city, departs for Cu Lao Dung - a peaceful land surrounded by rivers, canals and natural ecosystems typical of the West.

Arriving at Cu Lao Dung, you check in at a local homestay, rest and freely enjoy the peaceful garden space.

Afternoon: The group started the journey of discovery

• Walk the bamboo bridge through the water coconut forest, enjoy the green space and enjoy fresh seasonal water coconuts.
• Experience a canoe ride to visit the cork forest, and catch the brilliant sunset in the East Sea.

Evening: The group has dinner according to local cuisine, then experiences baking with the locals.

Overnight at Cu Lao Dung homestay.

DAY 02: EXPLORING THE ESTUARY WITH MOTORBOAT

Morning: Start your morning with breakfast at the homestay before beginning an exciting journey by "vo lai", a traditional local motorboat commonly used in the Mekong Delta.

The delegation started the journey with "vo lai", move to the estuary area.

Along the way, visitors enjoy the river space and admire the typical natural landscape of the estuary.

🌿 09:30–10:20 | CORK FRUIT PICKING EXPERIENCE

Coming to the area with cork trees, visitors learn about the tree associated with the riverside ecosystem and the life of local people.

Depending on the season, visitors can directly experience picking cork fruits and learn about how to use cork fruits in Western life and cuisine.

🎣 10:30-11:20 | FISHING AND RIVER BATHING EXPERIENCE

Immersed in the natural space, visitors participate in the experience of fishing and river bathing. 

This is a time to relax, have fun and feel more clearly the rustic and close features of the West of the river.

🍽️ 11:45-13:30 | LUNCH AT THE CORK NURSERY

The delegation visited the Cork Nursery.

Visitors learn about cork trees, the cultivation process and the significance of maintaining the cork ecosystem in the riverside area. And visitors will have lunch at the garden with local specialties.

🐝 14:00–15:30 | EXPERIENCE THE HONEY GARDEN AND ENJOY THE HONEY

The delegation continued to visit the honey garden of Uncle Sau Phuong. Here, visitors learned about beekeeping, how to take care of bees and the honey harvesting process.

At the end of the experience, visitors enjoy honey and honey products produced locally. This is an opportunity to learn more about the natural products and typical agricultural values of the river area.

🚐 15:30–17:30 | RETURN TO CAN THO

Say goodbye to the locals and depart back to Can Tho.

On the way back, relax and take in the idyllic scenery of the West.

Expected arrival in Can Tho: 17h30 - 18h00.
